1. Shipping Information

At AAS American Filters, we believe in making the shopping experience as seamless as possible, which is why we offer free shipping to all our customers within the 48 contiguous United States. No hidden fees, no surprises—just reliable, fast shipping straight to your door.

For our customers in Alaska and Hawaii, we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $50. Despite the distance, we’re committed to ensuring that you receive your filters in a timely manner.

2. International Shipping

We’re proud to serve customers around the globe! If you’re located outside of the United States, please contact us directly for a personalized shipping quote. Our team will work with you to find the best shipping solution for your needs, ensuring that you receive your order as efficiently as possible.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days for standard sizes. For custom sizes that need to be cut, please allow 4-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey right to your doorstep.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including being in the original packaging.

5. How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@american-filters.com to initiate a return.
  2. We’ll provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
  3. Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

6. Exchanges

  1. If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, defective product, etc.), we will cover the shipping costs.
  2. If the return is due to a change of mind or incorrect ordering on your part, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

7. International Returns

For international orders, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order.
